We believe that everyone can learn!
Today words like diversity, heterogeneity, and inclusion are more present in our dialogue than ever before. Schools and classrooms are inherently diverse and this year, more than ever, we have had to adapt teaching practices to meet the individual needs of all of our students.
This two-day virtual conference addresses the Chilean Ministry of Education's propositions, Decree 83 on inclusion, and Decree 67 on evaluation, and aims to provide attendees with an introduction to the research and strategies necessary to diversify teaching and thus meet the learning needs of all students. Conference participants can expect to learn ways of addressing the diverse needs of students in heterogeneous classrooms.
The event will conclude with a panel conversation exploring broader perspectives on this topic representing government, non-profit, and university partners.
Conference participants have the option of listening to the speakers in Spanish or in English. Interpreters will be translating all English language in real time.
